Job Description

    Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive:
    - Engage with customers through calls, emails, and chats to provide prompt and precise solutions.
    - Identify and troubleshoot problems, manage complaints, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
    - Aid customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, making modifications, processing returns, and handling refunds.
    - Cultivate strong customer relationships by delivering proactive and amiable support.
    - Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and generate reports for internal evaluation.
    - Adhere to company guidelines and service quality benchmarks to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
