Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3-7 years in B2B sales, preferably in architecture, construction, or outdoor product industries

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, focusing on architects, urban planners, developers, municipal corporations, and landscape consultants.
Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, meetings, industry events, and leveraging networks (including BNI connections).
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product positioning and expansion.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, manage pricing discussions, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics for regular reporting to senior management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, urban infrastructure, or outdoor product sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with architects, builders, and corporate clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
