Our own social media channels (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn) are a key part of showcasing our expertise and creativity, and were looking for someone who can take them to the next level.

Role Overview:

Were seeking a creative, self-driven Content Creator Intern/SMM who can ideate, research, write, shoot, design, and edit engaging content for UrbanXDigitals own social media channels. This role is perfect for someone who wants to go beyond posting and actually create high-quality original content from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research industry trends, marketing case studies, and fresh ideas relevant to UrbanXDigital.
• Write original captions, scripts, and post copy, no AI-generated shortcuts.
• Shoot videos and photos for social media content using professional or phone cameras.
• Design creatives and edit videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other formats.
• Be comfortable handling a camera, lighting, and basic production setup.
• Maintain a consistent content style and brand voice.
• Work closely with the founder for content strategy alignment.

Requirements:

• Strong research and writing skills in English.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Comfortable with shooting content and operating a camera.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from our Pune office and be part of shoots.
• Experience being on camera.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and growth tactics.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred):

• Already doing Content Creation
• Already did some internships before so know the process
• Has the case study
