Lead AI Solution Architect (AI-First Transformation)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Solution Architect who not only designs but builds, deploys, and scales AI solutions. This role requires someone who can operate at code, model, and architecture levels simultaneously. You will lead AI initiatives from concept ? prototype ? production, ensuring real business impactnot just theoretical designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. AI Strategy + Hands-on Architecture

• Define AI architecture AND personally lead critical solution builds
• Convert business problems into working AI prototypes within weeks
• Build reference architectures and reusable AI accelerators

2. Hands-on AI Development & Implementation (Core Requirement)

You will be expected to actively build and review AI solutions, not delegate entirely.

• Develop and deploy:
• LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, copilots)
• Prompt engineering pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Custom ML models (classification, forecasting, NLP, etc.)
• Build end-to-end pipelines:
• Data ingestion ? preprocessing ? model training ? deployment
• Implement:
• Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Embeddings pipelines
• Design and build:
• Multi-agent systems and orchestration workflows
• Write production-grade code in:
• Python (mandatory), APIs (FastAPI/Flask), microservices

3. GenAI & Advanced AI Systems

• Hands-on experience with:
• 
  OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral)
• Build:
• RAG pipelines (retrieval tuning, chunking strategies)
• Tool-using agents and autonomous workflows
• Optimize:
• Latency, token usage, and cost of LLM-based systems

4. MLOps / LLMOps (Implementation Focus)

• Implement:
• Model deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
• Monitoring frameworks (drift, hallucination tracking, accuracy)
• Work with tools like:
• MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, SageMaker
• Manage:
• Prompt/version control and experiment tracking

5. Enterprise AI Integration (Hands-on)

• Integrate AI solutions with:
• ServiceNow, SAP, CRM, and enterprise APIs
• Build:
• API-first AI services and microservices architecture
• Enable:
• Real-time and batch AI workflows

6. Client-Facing Solution Ownership

• Lead POCs by building working demos in 26 weeks
• Participate in:
• Deal solutioning with working prototypes (not PPTs)
• Translate business use cases into deployable AI systems

7. AI CoE & Capability Building

• Build reusable:
• Code libraries, frameworks, accelerators
• Mentor teams through:
• Code reviews, architecture reviews, hands-on sessions
• Establish engineering-first AI culture

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong hands-on coding experience in:
• Python (mandatory)
• Proven experience building:
• Production-grade AI/ML/GenAI systems
• Deep expertise in:
• LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks
• Experience with:
• LangChain / LlamaIndex / similar orchestration frameworks

AI & Data Stack

• Vector DBs: Pinecone / Weaviate / FAISS
• Data platforms: Databricks / Snowflake / Lakehouse
• APIs & backend: FastAPI, Flask, REST, GraphQL
• Messaging/streaming: Kafka (good to have)

Cloud & Deployment

• Hands-on with:
• AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one with hands on)
• Experience in:
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Serverless AI deployments

MLOps / LLMOps

• CI/CD pipelines for models
• Monitoring, logging, evaluation pipelines
• Experiment tracking tools

Business + Consulting Strength

• Ability to: Build ? demonstrate ? sell AI solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Experience in IT Services / Consulting is a big plus
