SaaS Senior Account Executive (AE) Userfacet & BuildUX

Location: Bengaluru, India

We work with leading companies across industries and are now looking for our Account Executive (AE) to join our team in Bengaluru and drive our next stage of growth.

What Youll Do

As the first dedicated sales hire, youll take full ownership of our revenue engine building, refining, and executing the complete sales motion. This is a highly entrepreneurial role where youll define the go-to-market playbook while actively driving new business.

You will:

  • Serve as the founding member of the sales team, shaping our GTM strategy and playbook.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage both inbound leads (demos, sign-ups, referrals, events) and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery calls and product demos with senior decision-makers.
  • Craft tailored proposals, lead pricing discussions, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Represent Userfacet and BuildUX at industry conferences, client meetings, and events in India and abroad.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy in the CRM with full transparency.
  • Collaborate with product, design, growth, and customer success teams for seamless client handoff and long-term value.
  • Help design and implement sales operations infrastructure refining tools, reporting, and processes to support scale.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts, driving long-term revenue growth.

What Were Looking For

  • 35+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a closing AE role.
  • Proven record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
  • Strong prospecting skills able to independently build pipeline as well as manage inbound leads.
  • Excellent communication skills persuasive in writing, confident in calls, and polished in presentations.
  • Consultative sales approach with ability to uncover customer pain points and align solutions effectively.
  • Skilled in contract negotiations and managing multiple stakeholders in enterprise deals.
  • Ability to build repeatable sales processes and infrastructure.

    Knowledge of UX/design/product management space is a strong plus.
  • Bengaluru-based, with flexibility to travel within India and internationally for client meetings/events.
