The Mission
Hubble is building the growth layer of the digital economy. We empower consumer apps to launch high-performance reward programs in a day. As our Product Growth Manager, you will be the engine room of our marketplace. You won't just "manage" growth; you will architect it by balancing a high-quality supply of brand rewards with a hungry demand side of client integrations. You are responsible for ensuring that every lead we touch converts into a thriving, revenue-generating partnership.
1. Demand Side: Client Success & Lead Engagement
- Lead Activation: Your job is to ensure that prospective clients (consumer tech apps/platforms) move from "interested" to "integrated" with zero friction.
- Growth Consulting: Work directly with clients to figure out how Hubble fits into their ecosystem. You'll help them design reward strategies that actually move their North Star metrics.
- Performance Tracking: Own the success of the integration. If a client isn't seeing ROI, it's your job to dive into the data, find the bottleneck, and fix it.
2. Supply Side: Catalog & Monetization
- Brand Acquisition: Build and scale Hubble's supply catalog. You will identify, pitch, and onboard top-tier brands (E-commerce, F&B, Lifestyle, Travel, etc.) to ensure our rewards are the ones users actually want.
- Margin Negotiation: This isn't just about adding logos; it's about unit economics. You will negotiate with brands to secure better margins, exclusive deals, and "first-on-platform" advantages.
- Monetization Strategy: Unlock new revenue streams through brand placements, featured slots, and sponsored discovery within the Hubble ecosystem.

- Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between the market and our product team. If clients are asking for a feature that would unlock 10x growth, you're the one writing the PRD for it.
- Process Automation: We are a startup. If you do something twice, you should probably find a way to automate it for the third time.
The Ideal Profile
- The Pedigree: You are an alum of an IIT, IIM, or a similarly elite institute. You have the first-principles thinking that comes with it.
- The Experience: 2-3 years in a fast-paced startup environment. You've ideally worked in Consumer Tech or companies directly supporting consumer tech Fintech/Payments
- The Negotiator: You're comfortable talking to a CMO one hour and a Category Manager the next. You know how to sell a vision while keeping an eye on the margins.
- The Builder: You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a "get-it-done" attitude.
- Analytical Rigor: You live in data. You make decisions based on cohorts and conversion rates, not "vibes."
