Provide workforce solutions to our portfolio of clients, including a global top 3 tech/product company and the worlds largest social media network.

Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and identify the skills and qualifications needed for specific IT positions.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract, source, and hire top IT talent.

Get Hired
• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Collaborate with senior staff to determine exact requirements and ensure optimal IT staffing solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including writing job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific roles.
