Role: Senior IT Recruiter
Work Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities and provide strategic recruitment support to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and external partners to enhance the organizations employer brand and reputation in the market.
- Track recruitment metrics and performance indicators, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize recruitment outcomes.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, and incorporate innovative approaches into the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfstarter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
