Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading functional workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Your role will involve translating business processes into detailed functional specifications and solution designs for configuring D365 F&SCM modules, including Supply Chain, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales and Marketing, Production Control, Warehouse Management, and Master Planning. Collaborating with technical teams on customizations, data migration, and system integrations will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
As part of project delivery, you will participate in full lifecycle implementations, from Fit-Gap analysis to deployment and support. Conducting functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing post-go-live hypercare support will be essential. You will also engage stakeholders during cutover and go-live phases and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between business users and technical developers. Delivering end-user training, producing clear documentation for processes and configurations, and guiding clients on best practices, business process optimization, and D365 capabilities will be crucial to your role.
Utilizing your functional expertise, you will apply domain knowledge to deliver process improvements and system enhancements. Tracking and ensuring quality assurance through tools like Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and RSAT will be part of your responsibilities. Supporting pre-sales solutioning if required is also expected.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 6-8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. Deep functional knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, or both is required, as well as a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and ERP implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Experience with tools such as LCS, RSAT, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is necessary. You should possess excellent client-facing communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred certifications for this role include Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
