Lead I - Product Management

About the Role

As a Lead - Product Management / Technical Product Owner, you will drive the strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery of cloud-based product solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, migration, and client success to enhance product value, ensure smooth client migration to cloud environments, and optimize portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Prioritization & Definition

• Contribute to product backlog prioritization and definition of current product offerings.
• Analyze product trade-offs and value propositions to guide development decisions.
• Support development teams in defining clear business and technical requirements.

2. Product Strategy & Planning

• Participate in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned with cloud strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Delivery Value Stream teams to define cloud migration plans and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to influence product direction.

3. Product Delivery & Launch

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and support product releases, ensuring seamless deployment and post-release monitoring.
• Partner with engineering and QA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

4. Migration & Portfolio Management

• Collaborate with client migration teams to monitor product adoption and usage in cloud environments.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret migration data to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Support portfolio rationalization and ensure alignment with organizational cloud transformation goals.

• Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and customer teams.
• Present data-driven insights, product metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
• Foster strong partnerships to enhance customer experience and product success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Technology, Financial Services, or Data & Analytics domains.
• Certification in Agile / Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO) or related product management credentials.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management, cloud migration, and portfolio governance.
