Job Description
- As a Salesforce DocuSign CLM Developer/Admin, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the DocuSign CLM platform, supporting implementation projects, and collaborating with various teams for system enhancements and incident resolution.
Your key responsibilities will include administering, configuring, and customizing the DocuSign CLM platform such as Forms, Templates, Clause Library, Approvals, and Workflows. You will be executing project tasks, change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes across different stages like Build, QA, UAT, and Deployment with minimal post-go-live issues. It will also be crucial for you to understand and maintain the data flow between CRM, CPQ, and Contract Lifecycle Management systems, along with performing ongoing technical development, administration, and maintenance of DocuSign CLM.
Collaboration with the UAT team to define and execute functional, regression, unit, and UAT test cases, troubleshooting incidents, working with third-party consultants and developers, resolving data quality issues, deploying components to production, and managing user roles and permissions within DocuSign CLM will also be part of your responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you must have at least 4+ years of experience in DocuSign CLM development and implementation, a strong knowledge of DocuSign Forms, Templates, Workflows, Approvals, and Clause Libraries. Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, and DocuSign Insight administration is essential, along with proven expertise in deploying components to production and managing users in DocuSign CLM. Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash, Contracting processes, and CLM system integration will be advantageous.

Additionally, integration experience with Salesforce/CPQ, Oracle, and other enterprise systems, knowledge of DocuSign eSignature, prior experience working with cross-functional teams, and understanding of data security and compliance in CLM systems will be considered as good-to-have skills.
