Lead I - Software Engineering - Python With LLM

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

1. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.

  Person should be strong python developer with knowledge on GenAI/LLM to use in development productivity improvement, knowledge of data, etc. a. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT etc. b. Ability to build and integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs to connect LLMs into applications. c. Experience with data preprocessing, prompt engineering, and embeddings for optimizing model performance. d. Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques to effectively guide LLM responses. e. Knowledge of fine-tuning and model customization for enterprise use cases. f. Ability to evaluate LLM performance (accuracy, latency, cost) and recommend optimizations. g. Familiarity with vector databases. h. Awareness of AI safety, security, and compliance considerations (e.g., hallucinations, bias, data privacy).
