This role involves translating complex business requirements into efficient JIRA configurations, integrating JIRA with other enterprise tools, and ensuring best practices in system governance, performance, and security. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities System Design & Architecture - Design and implement end-to-end JIRA architecture (Cloud ) to support enterprise-level program and project management. - Develop scalable JIRA structures including projects, workflows, plans,custom fields, screens, permissions, and notification schemes. - Architect JIRA automation solutions using Automation for JIRA, ScriptRunner, or similar tools. - Ensure optimal performance and scalability of JIRA instances across multiple business units.
