Understanding on AEM, Adobe Target, AEP, Campaign and other Adobe Technologies

Knowledge on DTM/Launch/Tealium/Ensighten and marketing pixels
Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)
Ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple sales opportunities at the same time
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders as well as Architecture team
Interprets business challenges, identifies trends, and recommends solution alternatives

Ability to tailor communication to the target audience to achieve desired results

Experience required:

At least 10+ years of experience with Content management and marketing technology tools including AEM Sites
7+ years Hands-on experience on AEM Sites/AEM Forms/AEM DAM
