Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications and systems.
- Machine Learning:
- Apply machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Develop and train machine learning models for various applications.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP):
- Implement NLP algorithms to process and analyze unstructured data, including text and speech.
- Develop chatbots, virtual assistants, and other NLP-based applications.
- Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering:
- Conduct data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for AI modeling.
- Identify and extract relevant features for improved model performance.
- Model Evaluation and Optimization:
- Evaluate the performance of AI models using appropriate metrics.
- Optimize models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Research and Innovation:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Research and experiment with new algorithms and techniques to drive innovation.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to understand requirements and constraints.
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and implementations.
- Prepare documentation for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries.
- Knowledge of NLP frameworks and tools (e.g., NLTK, spaCy).
- Solid understanding of data science concepts, statistical methods, and model evaluation metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
