Article & Paid Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented candidates for the positions of Article Assistant (CA Articleship) and Paid Assistant. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of professional accounting, taxation, and auditing standards. You will work closely with qualified Chartered Accountants and senior team members to deliver high-quality financial services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory & Internal Audits: Assist in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for corporate and non-corporate entities.
• Taxation Compliance: Direct and indirect tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, GST returns, and TDS returns.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate books of accounts, verify financial transactions, and perform bank reconciliations for clients.
• Corporate Law Compliances: Assist with ROC filings, documentation, and other statutory secretarial compliances.
• Client Interaction: Coordinate with client teams to gather financial data, resolve queries, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• For Article Assistants: Must have cleared IPCC / CA Intermediate (Single or Both Groups) and be eligible to register for ICAI Articleship.
• For Paid Assistants: Semi-qualified CAs,Commerce Graduates (B.Com/M.Com) candidates with 1–3 years of prior experience in a CA firm.
