Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Financial Analyst role based in Hyderabad. The role involves handling end-to-end accounting for assigned clients, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, monthly closures, and client coordination. Candidates will independently manage client accounts with guidance from senior team members and CAs whenever required.

Compensation & Growth

• Indicative Pay: Up to ₹28,000 per month

Job Location

• Please note, this job requires travel to the clients place (Monday - Saturday)

Preference

• B.Com / MBA (Finance)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
• Candidates genuinely interested in building a long-term career in accounting & financial reporting.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Fully qualified CA / CMA candidates or those who are currently pursuing are not being considered for this role.

Get Hired
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Work on Tally / Zoho Books / Advance Excel for accounting and reporting activities
• Support monthly closing and client reporting activities
• Coordinate with clients for data and reporting requirements
• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
