Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CPA-qualified Accountant to join our dynamic investment firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our investment strategies through precise accounting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Manage the full accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the investment team to monitor financial transactions and investment performance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
- Maintain internal controls and suggest improvements to optimize financial processes.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in accounting within investment firms or related financial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
