Job Position: Account Manager-US Staffing

Experience Minimum 5+ years.

Work from Office : Onsite (5- Days working) - WFO only

Location: Hyderabad(Madhapur)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing US staffing accounts (Direct Clients/VMS/MSP).
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations.
• Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely submissions and placements.
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion and new requirement acquisition.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and submission-to-placement ratios.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
• Proven experience managing Direct Clients / VMS / MSP accounts.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in night shift (US time zones).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
