???? Joining: Immediate to 15 Days

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Day 1 from Onsite

Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of MSP (Managed Service Provider) and VMS (Vendor Managed Systems) operations.
  • Expertise in the staffing procurement process across various domains and verticals within US IT Staffing.
  • Drive new business through trusted points of contact, VMS, and ATS portals.
  • Onboard new clients and deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.

    Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to expand the customer base.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships, with a focus on logistics solutions.
  • Engage and strategize with key decision-makers to highlight our staffing capabilities.

  • Experienced Business Development professional with 10+ years in US IT Staffing, IT Services, and Solutions.
  • Established network in the US Staffing Industry.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confidence in phone and written correspondence.
  • Proactive, technology-savvy self-starter with a passion for sales.
