Role: OPT Recruiter/ H1 Transfer Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 6:30pm- 3:30am IST

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Source qualified candidates from the open US job market using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
  
• Identify and generate H-1B transfer and project transfer leads, ensuring transfer readiness and compliance
• Match the right candidate to the right requirement by evaluating skills, experience, availability, location, and rate
• Handle end-to-end US recruitment independently, from sourcing through candidate submission

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of

  US recruitment processes and visa classifications
• Hands-on experience hiring US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, and H-1B consultants
• Good understanding of project transfers and H-1B transfers
• Ability to manage full-cycle US recruitment independently
