The day-to-day tasks will include assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee records, coordinating with different departments, supporting HR functions like payroll and benefits, conducting new employee orientations, and participating in employee engagement activities. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient HR operations.
