Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented and enthusiastic Arabic-speaking Customer Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven experience in a call center, customer service (preferably in aesthetic healthcare is a plus)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and confident manner
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment scheduling software and CRM systems
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center
· Able to join immediately
· Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
