- VA Mantra is currently looking for an Expert Graphic Designer with basic video editing skills to join our team for an on-site night shift position. As an integral member of our team, your main responsibilities will revolve around graphic design and video editing, while also supporting our CEO with various tasks such as social media management, document handling, transaction management, and other virtual assistant duties.
This role stands out due to the unique opportunity we offer we will provide training in all areas except graphic design and video editing. All we require from you are strong design skills, excellent English proficiency, and basic computer knowledge. If you are eager to learn, we will ensure that you excel in all other aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Develop high-quality designs for different platforms including social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Basic Video Editing: Make simple edits and adjustments to videos as needed.
- Social Media Management: Learn to create, schedule, and oversee posts across various social media channels.
- Administrative Support: Receive training to aid with document management, email handling, and transaction coordination.
- Document Creation: Prepare and organize reports and professional documents.
- Virtual Assistant Tasks: Provide day-to-day operational support to the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Graphic Design Expertise: Proficient in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Basic Video Editing: Familiarity with basic video editing tools is essential.
- English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Knowledge: Comfortable using a computer and open to learning new tools.
- Willingness to Learn: Eager for training and development in non-design-related responsibilities.
What You'll Learn:
Even if you lack experience in virtual assistant tasks, document creation, or social media management, we will train you to become an expert in these areas. However, it is essential to have a strong foundation in graphic design and video editing skills.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
- Day Off: Sunday
