Job Description

You will be working as a Customer Sales Support at Vaani Infosystems Pvt Ltd located in Gurgaon Sec 18 phase-4 Udyog Vihar, Haryana. This role involves handling outbound calls to manage new and existing subscriptions, pricing, products, and providing information to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with leads daily, ensuring high customer satisfaction, coordinating with clients for follow-ups, and converting free subscriptions to paid subscriptions.
To excel in this role, you should have good verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-demanding environment. The job requires 0-1 years of experience, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The minimum qualification required is 12th pass, and any graduate can apply for this position.
The working days are 6 days a week, with 2 days dedicated to training in Certification Mode/MOCK Call. You will be working in a day shift schedule and may be eligible for a performance bonus.
