Lead Consultant- Middle East Recruitment Practice

As Lead of our Middle East Recruitment Practice, you will, quite simply, be our person in the region. By leveraging existing relationships and building new ones, you will solve some of the most interesting hiring problems in the Law Firm, Tax, Finance and In-House Legal domains. By doing so, you will provide Middle East-based clients with the smoothest experiences they’ve had with a recruiter. You will also help motivated professionals prepare and position themselves for roles that make the best use of their talents.

No mandate will be too niche for you, no CV will be a write-off. You will expend time and effort to understand the motivations of both clients and candidates, in a way that earns their genuine trust and respect.

You will come up with a vision and action plan for the growth of Vahura’s Middle East business. Gradually, you will take charge of expanding the office, in terms of both people and ambition. As a trusted advisor to decision-makers at companies, funds and law firms, you will help us map their needs with our roster of globally minded talent.

You will keep an eye on the latest business and specialist hiring trends in a fast-moving market and provide our international research desk with intelligence and direction.
