Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Email Developer who excels at translating complex Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance responsive HTML/CSS code. You will be the bridge between the creative design team and the marketing automation platforms, ensuring every campaign is technically sound, responsive, and ready for deployment in SFMC or Other CRM Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Template Development: Build, test, and troubleshoot highly responsive HTML/CSS email templates from the designs.
• Component-Based Building: Develop reusable Content Blocks in SFMC to allow for faster campaign assembly.
• SFMC Execution
  
  : Assist in setting up journeys, automations, and dynamic content blocks within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder).
• Dynamic Personalization: Use scripting languages (like AMPscript or basic Logic) to create personalized experiences for different customer segments.
• QA & Testing: Conduct rigorous testing using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid to ensure 100% rendering accuracy across Outlook, Gmail, iOS, and Android.
• CRM Data Flow: Work within the CRM ecosystem to ensure subscriber lists and data extensions are correctly mapped for deployment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on email coding best practices, including dark mode optimization and accessibility (A11y).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced HTML/CSS: Expert knowledge of table-based layouts and inline styling specific to email development.
• Platform Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a significant advantage.

• Responsive Design: Deep understanding of media queries and fluid layouts.

• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues in problem clients like Outlook.
