Role: Health Insurance – Payer/ Provider Technical Project Manager

The IT Project Manager will lead complex, high-visibility data and analytics projects within the Enterprise Data Services division. Projects typically include cloud data platform migrations master data management (MDM) implementations, enterprise data warehouse modernizations, data governance programs, real-time data streaming initiatives, and regulatory reporting solutions (e.g., Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, Medicare Advantage).

  Oversee implementation of data pipelines, ETL/ELT jobs, data models, APIs, and analytics platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Work with enterprise architects to ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, security, and interoperability.
• Support data governance initiatives such as lineage documentation, data quality scoring, metadata management, and stewardship processes.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise cloud strategy (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure), including cost optimization and performance standards.
