About the Role
Were looking for a Digital Project Manager who can own internal execution across multiple ecommerce brands and ensure smooth coordination between Creative, Paid Media, Copy, and UGC teams.
This is an internal operations and execution role focused on keeping teams aligned, workflows structured, and deliverables moving on time.
**This is not a client servicing role.**
What Youll Do
- Manage day-to-day execution across Creative, Copy, Paid Media, and UGC teams
- Ensure weekly deliverables are planned, assigned, and delivered on time
- Own workflows and task management systems (Monday / Notion)
- Maintain structured trackers with clear briefs, owners, and deadlines
- Manage and update creative experimentation trackers across brands
- Coordinate testing ideas, hypotheses, experiment status, and learnings with internal teams
- Ensure a 3-4 week creative pipeline buffer and proactive campaign planning
- Act as the bridge between Creative, Paid, Copy, and UGC teams to ensure alignment
- Track deadlines, blockers, and delays, and proactively escalate risks before they impact execution

What Were Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in: Ecommerce brands OR Digital marketing agencies
- Strong understanding of performance marketing workflows (Meta preferred)
- Experience working with cross-functional internal teams
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- High attention to detail
