Finanace Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

Execute and monitor daily accounting and banking transactions, ensuring all data is accurately captured within our accounting and proprietary loan management systems.

Manage the preparation and distribution of Statements of Accounts (SOA) to customers.

Perform comprehensive monthly bank reconciliations across all payment channels (inbound and outbound) to ensure zero discrepancies between bank statements and internal ledgers.

Prepare detailed monthly accounting schedules and supporting documentation to facilitate seamless monthly closes and annual audit processes.

Support cross-functional projects and take ownership of ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Operations department.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.

02 years of relevant experience

Remote work Singapore time

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaborative work.

Must be proficient in handling large datasets using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Data Tables.

Comfortable working with cloud-based ERPs or internal fintech proprietary systems; a quick learner of new software tools.

Strong interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial data clearly

Professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Able to work independently as well as being effective as a team player.
