Job Description
- As a Telesales Executive at Valiyaveedans Interiors, a branch of Valiyaveedans Constructions, your role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing exceptional customer support, and facilitating sales. Located in Kochi, this full-time, on-site position requires you to communicate effectively with customers over the phone, understand their needs, offer suitable services or products, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service and support skills, proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques, effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. While experience in telesales or a related field is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Additionally, having a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities associated with this position.
