Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Call Center Agent who is fluent in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, provide excellent support, and assist in driving sales.
Salary: AED 4,000 4,500 + Sales Incentives
Work Location: Sharjah, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via phone and email.
- Promote and upsell company products to customers, contributing to sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide timely solutions to customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
