Valorant is seeking a dynamic and driven leader to join our team as a Director specializing in strategy consulting. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to C-suite executives, inspiring confidence and shaping high-level decisions that enhance cost structures and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Sourcing
  
  : Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to improve supplier relationships, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain resilience.
• Executive Communication: Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver compelling narratives and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Program Management: Oversee and guide large-scale programs from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results.
• Team Empowerment: Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, fostering collaboration and cultivating future leaders within the organization.
• Business Development: Actively engage in identifying growth opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the firms expansion.
• Operational Excellence: Exemplify executive presence by maintaining composure under pressure, handling complex challenges, and driving results with a focus on integrity and impact.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of prior experience in a consulting firm or industry in strategy roles. Specific experience within cost optimization, operations, supply-chain and/or procurement is preferred.
• Excited about working in a start-up atmosphere, comfortable with ambiguity and have an ownership-driven mindset
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with strategic foresight and business acumen.
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to work autonomously and lead result-oriented teams
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create complex formulas and analyze large data sets)
• Masters degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field from top-tier institutions preferred.
