Business Analyst - Digital Commerce

In your role as a Business Analyst, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Content & Experience practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.
What You Do
Seasoned Business Analyst professional with 7+ years of industry experience in working with enterprise-grade projects of any scale. At least 5 years experience working in digital Commerce projects. Experience in working in projects projects of SFCC, Sitecore, AEM, SAP Commerce Cloud, Drupal, Magento, or any other CMS or Commerce projects.
What We Ask For
Conduct requirement workshops for customer team (business and IT) and development team. Ensuring alignment of requirements: business, process, functional/feature, technical, UX and non-functional. Requirement analysis, clarifications and prepare requirement documents like Use cases, user stories and product backlog. To translat business requirements to technical specifications. Supporting project manager and team members in interactions with customer as required. To work with UX designers, Architect and Developers in design, effort estimation, operation ticket management & Ensure excellence in service delivery (Test Case Mgmt, Mapping Use-cases with BRD and getting customer sign-off). Ticket analysis to identify root cause and kill the origin to stop fresh tickets from the same cause. Lead Scrum call and Team interactions along with customers and manage expectations. Implementation of project processes, tools and best practices for requirement mgmt. Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures of Valtech and customer while development is carried out.
