Role Overview

We are hiring result-driven Branch Managers to take full ownership of branch revenue, operations, compliance, and team performance. This role is for professionals who can drive aggressive sales targets while maintaining strict operational discipline in Gold Buying and Mortgage Gold Release transactions.

If you cannot handle targets and accountability, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales

• Achieve monthly revenue targets (Old Gold Buying & Mortgage Gold Release)
• Improve conversion ratio and per-transaction value
• Drive walk-ins, lead follow-ups, and local marketing efforts
• Monitor daily sales performance and eliminate leakages
  

Branch Operations

• 
  Ensure smooth day-to-day branch functioning
• Strict adherence to SOPs and documentation standards
• Maintain transaction accuracy and cash discipline
• Ensure zero operational deviations
  

Compliance & Risk

• 100% documentation compliance
• Audit-ready branch at all times
• Prevent fraud, misappropriation, and process violations
  

Team Management

• Lead and monitor branch executives
• Set daily targets and review performance
• Control absenteeism and underperformance
• Build a target-oriented culture
  

Reporting & MIS

• Submit Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS
• Track KPIs: Conversion ratio, ticket size, revenue achievement

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce / Business preferred)
• 4 to 5 years experience in:
• Old Gold Buying & Mortgage Gold Release
• Financial Services (Gold-based preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of gold valuation & branch operations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and operational control skills
