Role Overview

We are hiring field-driven BTL Marketing Executives to execute on-ground promotional activities to increase branch walk-ins and generate leads for Old Gold Buying and Mortgage Gold Release services.

This is a field-intensive role. Candidates must be ready for daily outdoor marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Marketing Execution

• Distribution of flyers, leaflets, and pamphlets in target areas
• Organizing canopy activities, roadshows, and street campaigns
• Arranging flex boards, banners, standees, and local branding materials
• Executing area-wise promotional drives to increase visibility
  
  
  

Event & Campaign Management

• Coordinating event setups, promotional stalls, and co-branding activities
• Managing gift distribution campaigns and offer promotions
• Ensuring proper placement of marketing materials as per brand guidelines
  

Lead Generation

• Capturing leads during field campaigns
• Coordinating with branch sales team for follow-up
• Supporting initiatives to increase branch footfall
  

Vendor & Material Coordination

• Coordinating with printers and local vendors
• Monitoring usage of flyers, flex boards, and marketing materials
• Preventing wastage and ensuring cost control

• Daily field activity reporting with photos
• Sharing lead data and area coverage reports
• Providing competitor activity updates

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Intermediate (Any Discipline)
• 13 years experience in:
• BTL Marketing
• Field Marketing
• Promotional Activities
• Event Coordination
• Willingness to work in the field daily
• Strong local area knowledge (Vizag / Hyderabad preferred)
• Good communication skills
