Role Overview

We are hiring a highly skilled Gold Melting Process Expert (Kharigar) with strong hands-on experience in old gold melting, separation, and purity assessment.

This is a technical role responsible for ensuring maximum gold recovery yield, accurate impurity separation, and strict process control.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform old gold melting to achieve maximum recovery yield.
• Execute separation of gold from studded/stone-embedded ornaments.
• Operate melting furnaces, induction machines, and refining equipment.
• Monitor and control melting temperature, chemical reaction cycles, and cooling stages.
• Identify impurities and foreign metals accurately.
• Assess gold purity and verify quality before final output.
• Maintain process records and daily melting reports.
• Ensure strict safety and quality compliance.

• Recovery yield percentage
• Accuracy of purity assessment
• Process loss control
• Safety compliance adherence

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in:
• Old gold melting
• Gold separation (studded jewellery)
• Refining and purity assessment
• Strong understanding of gold composition and metal identification.
• Knowledge of melting temperature control and refining chemicals.
• Ability to detect process flaws and troubleshoot independently.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting.
• Disciplined and process-oriented approach.
