- Identify high-value use cases across Pharma/Biotech/MedTech/CRO environments for AI platform adoption
- Convert regulatory, R&D, quality, and commercial requirements into product features and workflows
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to shape intuitive UI/UX for target users
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data integrity standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, auditability, privacy)
- Work with stakeholders to define roadmap, priorities, and product outcomes
- Support integration with enterprise systems such as data lakes, cloud platforms, LIMS, CTMS, ERP, CRM, and RIMS
- Drive end-to-end product life-cycle including validation, deployment, monitoring, and enhancements
- Experience with GenAI/NLP projects in life sciences contexts.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (data lakes, cloud platforms, LIMS, CTMS, ERP, CRM, RIMS).
- Understanding of AI validation and compliance in regulated environments.

- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field (Masters/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience building AI/ML-based products in the Life Sciences domain
- Strong understanding of ML life-cycle, model monitoring, and data pipelines
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale platforms for global organisations
