BDE- Digital

Role Description The BDE – Digital role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, pitching Value4Brands digital marketing and reputation management services, and building long-term client relationships. The individual will conduct market research, understand client needs, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored digital strategies and campaigns. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, participating in client meetings and presentations, and tracking performance against targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and coordinating closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess client requirements, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, negotiation, and clear documentation.
• Candidates should possess Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to understand and position services such as SEO, social media, ORM, and performance marketing.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to oversee lead follow-up, proposal timelines, and coordination between sales and delivery teams.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development in a digital agency or marketing services environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong networking abilities, familiarity with CRM tools, and comfort working with targets and KPIs are preferred.
• An understanding of current digital trends, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are advantageous.
