Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with clients.
2. Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations.
3. Coordinate with internal teams including Content, Social Media, SEO, ORM, and Design.
4. Prepare and share campaign updates, reports, presentations, and deliverables.
5. Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
6. Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
7. Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines.
8. Participate in client meetings and calls and maintain proper communication records.
9. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
3. Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media
4. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
5. Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
7. Ability to handle clients professionally, including during challenging situations.
8. Preferred Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or ORM company.
9. Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, ORM, and Online Reputation Management
