Product Owner

Experience : 7+ years

: Product Ownership & Delivery Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.

Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear deliverables. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality.

Stakeholder & Business Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, QA, analytics, and operations.

Work closely with business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs. Communicate product updates, risks, and progress effectively.

Domain Expertise (Travel / Mobility) (good to have) Understand and contribute to solutions related to: Booking flows (flight, transit, ticketing) Real-time tracking systems (GPS, vehicle tracking, ETA prediction) Passenger information systems Mobile apps for commuters/travelers Familiarity with systems similar to: Public transit apps (Passio GO, Moovit) Airline booking platforms Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform Agile & Process Excellence Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to ensure continuous delivery. Maintain transparency in delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies. Drive improvements in product lifecycle management and team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience 5–7 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership

Proven experience working on travel, transit, mobility, or logistics products

Experience with web and mobile products (B2C or B2B2C ecosystems)

Core Skills

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization

Experience with tools like: JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence Strong understanding of: APIs & system integrations Microservices architecture (basic understanding)

Product lifecycle management Domain Knowledge (Preferred but Valuable) transit platforms

Real-time data systems (vehicle tracking, route optimization) Payment integrations and checkout flows

Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve product performance and user experience. Bring in domain expertise (travel/mobility) to enhance booking flows, tracking systems, and customer journeys. Monitor and track product KPIs and success metrics, ensuring the product meets business and customer goals.
