Technical Recruiter (Domestic IT)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates.
  
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in technical recruitment (Domestic hiring).

• Proficiency in C2H, IT Recruitment, Technology Hiring, LinkedIn Recruiter tools.

• Experience in using AI tools in recruitment.

• Experience working with any ATS.
