Job Description
- As an experienced telecaller and telemarketer with a strong background in international client handling, you will have the opportunity to showcase your confidence, tech-savviness, and ability to work independently during US hours. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients and leads in the USA, handling inbound wellness inquiries with professionalism and empathy, explaining our services clearly and persuasively, converting prospects into appointments and sales, maintaining accurate records using CRM tools, and collaborating with the internal wellness and sales teams.
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in telecalling and telemarketing, preferably in an international setting. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is essential, along with the ability to work night shifts according to IST. Being tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, email, chat tools, and other technologies is a must. Additionally, you should be a quick learner who can adapt to new systems seamlessly. A self-driven and result-oriented approach will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.
