Consultant Solution Architecture
Core ERP and Integrated Supply Chain
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr Consultant to be a part of our Core Architecture
team and be that technical leader that will help us design, develop and deploy architectural
solutions. You would work as a team member alongside the product leads, technical leads, and other supporting team members to deliver solutions that help Vantive build safer, better, and more efficient IT solutions to support our customers needs.
You would be a member of a team of technical leaders that are responsible for creating the
technology strategy (Mobile, Web, Data, Cloud, ERP, CRM etc.) of current and
future systems. Leading design discussions and mentoring engineers on proper platform and
application solutions. Publishing and presenting to technology leaders and business
executives. Providing leadership around technical solutions and collaborating with other
technologists on creating cross-domain solutions.
What Position Contributes To Program

• Design, develop, and implement technical integration solutions to connect various systems and data sources across IT Landscape.
• Collaborate with the project team, including IT Delivery Leads, business analysts, software developers, and quality assurance testers to ensure the solutions meet the requirements of the project.
• Conduct data mapping and migration between systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT solutions.
• Work with the project team to ensure the solutions are tested and validated before the go-live date.
• Provide technical support during the go-live phase and post-implementation.
• Support the technical implementation plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to ensure that the system meets the organizations strategic objectives and business requirements.
• Lead and manage a small team of technical leads that ensure project is delivered on time and to the desired technical quality.
• Identify non-functional requirements for the program, ensuring testing is done to performance test and meet these requirements.
• Ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the organizations quality standards and that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical capabilities.
• Support the projects overall strategy and that it supports the achievement of the organizations long-term goals.
• Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with leaders and managers across program, in addition to the business stakeholders.

• A bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field
• A minimum of 9+ years in experience in technology roles with increasing levels of leadership positions.
• Work across multiple projects with varied stakeholders. Sets architectural direction, builds consensus, mediates conflicts providing technical leadership and advisory services to the business. Anticipates needs and potential objections and helps to create an environment which solicits positive contributions from all participants: Solution and Technical Architects, engineering teams, product manager, project managers, product analysts, test and project teams, Information Security and Operations.
• Database management: Strong knowledge of database design and development.
• Integration technologies: Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and ETL tools.
• Data modeling and mapping: Strong understanding of data modeling and data mapping techniques, including data mapping between different systems.
• ERP configuration and customization: Knowledge of ERP configuration and customization, including setting up and testing new modules.
• Workflow and business process management: Understanding of workflow and business process management, including the ability to map and optimize business processes.
• User experience and interface design: Familiarity with user experience and interface design principles, including the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Testing and quality assurance: Experience with testing and quality assurance.
• Agile methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
• DevOps practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices, including the ability to collaborate with development and operations teams.
• Cloud computing: Experience with cloud computing, including the ability to deploy and manage ERP systems in a cloud environment.
• Mobile technology: Familiarity with mobile technology, including the ability to develop and integrate mobile applications.
• Security and compliance: Understanding of security and compliance requirements, including the ability to implement and manage user access controls and data encryption.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and familiar with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills, adept at handling challenging situations, and showcasing commitment to excellence.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with industry-specific ERP and CRM solutions and their potential for innovation is a significant asset.
