This role will be responsible for leading and managing the business for the company’s corporate accounts. The main objectives of this role are to develop and implement strategies for maximizing sales and market share for these accounts, manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and ensure the effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
Planning
- Manages budget allocation across all businesses through corporate channel
- Drives Large Key Accounts Management process
- Develops long term relationships between Vantive and Key Corporate Accounts
- Leverages sales analytics and business intelligence to design strategy for the account
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality team reference to documentation required for tenders /contracts
- Planning and collaborating with BU heads, Supply Chain, Finance to provide end-to-end business support for developing and managing corporate accounts
- Oversee deployment of new geographies
- Lead market access/ business development in corporate accounts
- Competitor Insights and leverage on market trends to increase business opportunities
- Provide inputs to business leadership on account of performance and opportunities
- Leads strong strategic ties with corporate accounts
- Developing key strategic products in accounts
- Long term relationship management
- CXO Level Contacts
- Value Proposition for accounts
- Drive Key Account coverage/ stakeholder coverage and SFE KPIs
- Capex related lead generation, ensure committed volumes in commodity-based business
- Monitor RFQ/Tenders/PO generation processes
- Works with NSMs to manage portfolio and drive budgets
- Works with commercial excellence for approval of TPI/ incentives, closure of sales commercial issues
- Works with HR to drive key people initiatives

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with several years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the same industry as the company
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of the corporate account market and industry.
- Must have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, as well as strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
