Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to craft and execute creative marketing strategies, explore new customer segments, and help position Varicash as a next-generation fintech brand. This role offers hands-on exposure to not only marketing but also to product development, sales, and client interactions providing a 360 view of running and scaling a fintech startup.

Youll work closely with the founding team, ideating new campaigns, designing go-to-market approaches, identifying early adopters, and participating in discussions that shape Varicashs future direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing marketing and growth strategies from the ground up.
• Identify target audiences, design positioning strategies, and create go-to-market content for new product launches.
• 
  Collaborate across product, technology, and business teams to understand the product deeply and translate technical features into compelling messaging.
• Explore new marketing channels, experiment with digital, community, and word-of-mouth campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and user needs.
• Participate in client meetings and cross-functional brainstorming sessions to connect marketing strategy with customer feedback.
• Take ownership of small, high-impact projects that contribute directly to Varicashs visibility, engagement, and growth.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or any related discipline.
• Strong interest in startups, growth strategy, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Comfortable working on ambiguous projects, learning fast, and iterating quickly.

  Get Hired
  Prior experience in social media marketing, brand strategy, or campus initiatives is a plus.
