Job Description

    Dear Candidate,
    We are currently seeking an HR Executive to join our team at our location in Waryana, Kapurthala Road Jalandhar. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resource management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation within the organization.

    Your main responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and onboarding process. This involves handling job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters. You will also be in charge of conducting reference checks and facilitating employee onboarding, including induction programs and necessary documentation.
    In addition, as an HR Executive, you will play a key role in employee relations and engagement. This includes acting as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, organizing employee engagement activities, and supporting initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee attendance and leave records.
    Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies is another crucial aspect of the role. You will be required to maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations, as well as support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews and tracking performance goals. Additionally, you will assist in developing employee training and development plans.

    As part of the HR Operations team, you will manage and update HR databases and systems, prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR-related processes. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Executive.
