Job Description
Role Title: Sales Excellence
Reporting to: Chief Strategy Officer
Job Location: Gurgaon
Purpose of the Job
This role is responsible for driving sales performance and efficiency through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. The individual will play a key role in enhancing sales force effectiveness, improving distribution efficiency, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.
Key Deliverables / KPIs:
- Analyze sales data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making for the sales teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness and achieve revenue targets, supporting the companys growth objectives.
- Design and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to sales management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to align sales strategies fostering a cohesive and integrated approach.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats, informing sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement, maximizing ROI.
Education: MBA from Tier-1 business schools preferred

Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales data and extract actionable insights to drive sales performance improvements.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
