Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing professional to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across both consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) segments. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. Your work will directly impact our ability to reach new customers, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and establish our position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should have good experience in BTL activities.
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events, to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, informing marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking ROI and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and sales collateral, to engage prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation programs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and industry influencers, to amplify marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and optimize future campaigns.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across both B2C and B2B segments.
- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 8-18 years of relevant marketing experience.
