Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through Greenhouse, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
- Stay up to date on hiring trends and labor market insights
- 4+ years experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
